Once Submitted, a member of our clinical team will reach out in the next 24 to 48 hours to finalize your registration and walk you through the final steps. During this personalized consultation, we will provide your practice with a secure, dedicated login for your Life File portal and assess whether any additional training or support is needed to help you maximize our services.
